What Data We Process
Contact Form
When you write to us via the contact form, we store your name, email, phone number (if provided) and message text so we can respond to your enquiry. For security reasons (to prevent form abuse) we also store the IP address the message was sent from.
Cookies
The website uses a necessary technical cookie for login, form functionality and remembering your chosen language. With your consent, we also optionally load the Google Maps map on the Contact page.
Visit Statistics
For our own purposes we record basic, anonymised visit statistics — the page visited, language version and time of visit. The IP address is anonymised before storage (the last part is removed), so it cannot be traced back to a specific person. This statistic is not shared with any third party.
Why We Process Your Data
We process your contact form data to handle your enquiry and communicate with you — this is processing necessary for pre-contractual negotiations. We process anonymised visit statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website.
Cookies We Use
Necessary
A technical cookie for the session (login, form security) and for remembering your chosen language. Without it the website would not work correctly, so it is always set.
Optional
Google Analytics (GA4) analytics cookies for traffic measurement, and loading the Google Maps map on the Contact page. These are only set after you consent via the cookie banner — until you do, the tracking script is not loaded at all. You can change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Third-Party Services
To display the website we use external services that may process some technical data (e.g. your IP address): Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Maps (map on the Contact page), Google Analytics (traffic measurement, only with your consent) and an SMTP server for sending emails from the contact form. Google services are operated by Google Ireland Limited.
Retention Period
We keep contact form messages for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication. Anonymised visit statistics are kept for a reasonable period for the purpose of evaluating website traffic.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, and object to its processing. If you believe we are processing your data in breach of applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
